We offer FREE Local Delivery with no minimum order value. Order’s outside of our local area incur a £4.99 charge. If you order is over £50, we offer FREE Delivery.

Our Master Butchers run a variety of hands-on Butchery Classes for small groups, private groups or individuals. Our classes include Pork, Beef and BBQ & Smoker – all perfect for the enthusiastic amateur! They provide a great experience for those who what to understand more about butchery and improve their knife skills, and also come as gift vouchers for those special occasions!
 

We source the finest quality British beef, hung and aged on the bone at our shop for a minimum of 21 days. Once matured we can cut to your requirements.

We stock local British chicken, turkey & duck, all cut and prepared to your requirements. 

Finest quality British lamb, aged, and cut ready for cutlets to mince and anything in-between!

Direct with farmers in Essex & Suffolk, our pork is succulent and bursting with flavour. Cut to suit your requirements whether it’s a joint Sunday roast or our hand-made sausages for supper!
