All of our sausages are handmade, that means we bone the meat ourselves; we mince then mix the ingredients by hand. They are then hand linked in natural skins. As always with the modern world there are plenty of shortcuts that can be taken. But we pride ourselves putting the time and effort into making our traditional British sausages. Throughout the year we make different seasonal varieties, but the main thing we like to do is let the meat be the star of the sausage.
