In the New Year we will be running more of our popular hands on classes for the enthusiastic amateur in you! Great for increasing your confidence and understanding of meat, the first class is a general introduction to knife skills and working on small carcuss. In the second class you will take on butchering a whole carcuss through to table ready. Class 1 costs £60 and Class 2 costs £75, or if booking both classes its a discounted price of £125.
